Welcome to the RTC platform. These Terms & Policies (“Terms”) apply to all users. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

2. Warranty & After-Sales Policy

  • Warranty Period: Hardware products are covered by a warranty starting from the date of receipt.
  • Warranty Void Conditions: Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or tampering will void the warranty.
  • Exclusions from Warranty:
    • Products beyond the warranty period
    • Damage caused by misuse (e.g., drops, water ingress, improper operation)
    • Issues caused by non-original accessories
    • Failures due to unauthorized repair or modification
    • Damage caused by extreme environments (e.g., strong magnetism, dust, humidity, heavy load)
  • Inspection & Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
    • If the issue is confirmed as a product quality defect, inspection and repair costs will be covered by RTC. Otherwise, all related expenses will be borne by the customer.
    • Repairs may result in data loss. Please back up your data in advance.

3. Disclaimer

Services are provided based on current technical conditions and may be interrupted or delayed due to network, equipment, or force majeure. RTC will not be held liable. RTC is not responsible for losses caused by improper user operations, third-party actions, or system instability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the platform (including text, images, software, and designs) is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used without prior authorization.

5. User Conduct

Users may not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content. RTC reserves the right to remove content, suspend services, or pursue legal responsibility in case of violations.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

RTC respects user privacy and protects personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data through legal means.

7. Service Changes & Interruptions

RTC may adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the services due to operational needs. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RTC operates. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the place of operation.
